- If you are a new business looking to incorporate, you will generally need basic details of the promoters or founders along with a valid government-issued ID (such as PAN, Aadhaar, or passport).
- If you already run an ongoing business, you may need to submit documents relevant to your specific requirement, such as licences, registrations, or compliance records, depending on the service you are seeking.
- If you are an existing company, additional documents such as the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) may be required.
- The exact list of documents will vary case to case, depending on your business structure and the specific service you need. Our team will guide you on the precise requirements once we understand your situation better.

Every entity type. Its own compliance path.

Pick a company type below to see the filings and registrations it typically triggers. This is a general guide - your assigned advisor will confirm what applies to you.

Articles on compliance, written for founders, not lawyers.

Plain-language explainers on filings, deadlines, and regulatory changes - updated as rules evolve.

POSH ComplianceART-01

Your POSH committee might be non-existent - and you won't know until it's too late

A Bengaluru company had a harassment committee on paper - until a complaint came in and the entire inquiry collapsed. Here's how to check if your ICC is actually valid.

ROC & NGT FilingsART-02

1 crore fine, one missed deadline: what BPCL's NGT case teaches every company

A market cap of ₹1.29 trillion didn't save one of India's largest oil companies from a ₹1 crore penalty - because compliance deadlines don't bend for company size.

GST ComplianceART-03

The GST mistake that's not about missing a deadline - it's about mismatches

Filed GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on time? That's only half the job - your ITC claim can still be blocked if your vendors' filings don't match yours.

Trademarks & IPART-04

Why so many growing companies get a trademark notice out of nowhere

You built the brand - but if you never registered it, technically, anyone else can try to claim it first. Here's why "first to register" beats "first to use" in India.

Labour ComplianceART-05

The contract labour compliance gap companies don't notice until an inspection

Hiring through a staffing vendor feels like someone else's compliance problem. Under the Contract Labour Act, it's often still yours if their paperwork lapses.

Shops & EstablishmentART-06

The Shops & Establishment licence companies forget even exists

Your office lease is renewed, your GST is filed, your ROC filings are current - and you might still be operating without a valid licence.
